Team Development & Team Coaching
I support teams and their leaders in building sustainable collaboration, working through change, and strengthening how they work together day to day.
Conflict Resolution & Mediation
As a certified mediator, I help resolve conflicts within teams and between business partners — with structure, neutrality, and a clear path forward.
